L'ho imparato, ho imparato che se non ti fai colpire dalle emozioni poi ti scordi, ma dai resti del resto, io son sommerso, disperso, in questo cazzo d'universo mentale, pieno di stelle spente e una galassia morente ma, nonostante tutto provi ad essere qualcuno, senza più nessuno, di me ti fidi si, ma non contare su di me, tu gridi si, ma conta solo su di te, percorri la tua strada, percorri la tua via, supera ogni ostacolo, qualunque esso sia, per la vita hai qualche obbiettivo? E per vivere hai qualche motivo? fra il cuore e la ragione c è solo un gesto istintivo, collocato fra pazzia e pazzia, amore e rabbia, cuori esplosi in una gabbia, di giudizi su giudizi che costantemente pungono, ormai sappiamo che è questo ciò che vogliono, e mentre anneghiamo in una lacrima, io sento il gelo dentro l'anima, fanno ciò che li conviene fare, non cosa il proprio essere vuole, ma la convienienza si ricava dalla mente, il giusto o lo sbagliato dal proprio cuore, senza più alcuna pressione, senza più alcuna pressione.

After a short while it become apparent that Michael was not an ordinary man… We spoke about quantum physics, Buddhism, spirituality, art and he then invited us to his house after he made sure we had “good enough shoes”… Soon after we parked the car on a remote road we understood why… Michael lives in the middle of a thick jungle, 20 minutes walking from the road in a plot of land he cleared himself. …by hand!!! He brought all material on his shoulders, and built an amazing garden based on sacred geometry. An amazing place devoted to beauty and impracticality... The house has no inside running water, only a shower outside and no electricity. Michael recently bought a small solar panel so he can continue his research and communicate via his computer with other mathematicians and the world. In that jungle mosquitos are so ferocious (ALL day and night) that the only temporary relief is to take a shower outside and run around to get dry… But I am not spoiling any more of the story… :) It was an honor and a joy to go back and shoot this film and we hope you enjoy it. Grief is an energy, and it has a watery-ness to it. It’s not just because it’s connected to tears, but because it flows. We know the feeling of overwhelming grief; it can feel like being flooded, we get more than we can handle, we drown in it. There’s a way that grief kind of re-circulates, where we’re crying and crying, or grieving and grieving, and we’re not moving anywhere. It’s like being stuck in an eddy on a river. Grief is designed to cleanse us, to move through us, and help us move out the pain from the loss so we can get clear and clean again. It’s designed to heal our broken hearts. In order to do this, though, grief needs to move, not to be stuck, and not be too much, not be flooding us. Rituals can help us contain our grief. That’s not containing like putting it in a little box, and keeping it locked up. It’s containing like giving the river banks. So that it can flow. If grief is contained, it’s not flooding, it’s not stuck, it’s moving at a pace we can navigate. Rituals, and the people who help us in those rituals, create a structure to allow the grief to flow at a pace that we can handle. They give the river banks. We can have confidence in God's plan because He's always been there for us. Join Douglas in this Christian video as he explains confidence in God for kids! Sometimes it can be easy to doubt God, especially when life gets difficult. Douglas was sure that God wanted him to go give some of his lunch to a new kid at school who didn't seem to have anything to eat. Douglas thought that this new kid would be happy, but instead he yelled at him and told him he didn't need any help! That really shook Douglas confidence, not only in himself but also in what he thought God wanted him to do. But later, the new kid apologized, thanked Douglas for offering some of his lunch, and then asked if Douglas wanted to be his friend. God's plan worked out after all! There are many times in the Bible where people doubted God, including a great example from the New Testament. Jesus told his Disciples that he wanted to go to the other side of a large body of water, and then he went in the boat and slept. The wind and the waves picked up and the disciples thought that their boat was going to sink! They woke Jesus up and and said, "don't you care if we drown?!" But Jesus got up and told the sea to be still, and it obeyed. Jesus asked them, "Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?" When God wants you to do something, you can be confident that He will see his plans fulfilled. God has always been there for his people, and He always will be. La stagione dei carciofi e arrivata ... ecco allora i CARCIOFI RIPIENI con CARNE al SUGO. "Carciofuli chini di carni cà sarsa" chiamati anche 'carciofuli cù tappu'. In Sicilia ci sono moltissime ricette e ogni famiglia ha la sua o per tradizione del paese in cui vive o per gusto personale. Nella ricetta della mia famiglia a differenza di molte altre che si cucinano in bianco, c'è l'aggiunta di carne trita e sono cucinate nella passata di pomodoro. Ma non solo i carciofi vengono accompagnati con delle verdure di stagione come patate, carote e finocchi e con il ripieno che avanza si preparano delle piccole polpette. Visto che la ricetta è quella di famiglia, con le mani in pasta questa volta si è messa all'opera proprio la mia mamma è lei la custode della ricetta tramandata da mamma in figlia ...infatti da quando mi ricordo ...arrivato il periodo dei carciofi non passa settimana che non li prepara. Da bambina mi ricordo una pentola strapiena di carciofi e polpette incastrate come dei puzzle, lasciati sobbollire dolcemente sul fuoco della cucina a legna. Ogni tanto spariva qualche polpetta, noi bambini cercavamo di non farcene accorgere .... ma per come eravamo incastrate ...purtroppo rimaneva il vuoto ...così mia mamma ci scopriva sempre ... '"carusi, non tuccati ù mancciari viriti chi i purpetti sunu cuntati" tradotto dal siciliano...ragazzi non toccate il mangiare, vedete che le polpette sono contate ... ma a quel profumo non si poteva resistere... Ha dimenticavo di dirvi , che con la stessa preparazione si possono ottenere 2 piatti ..mi spiego meglio... i carciofi e le verdure le anneghiamo in abbondante sugo così da poter inzuppare delle fette di pane casereccio e si mangiano così come piatto unico, con il resto della preparazione il sugo e le polpette otteniamo un condimento per un primo da leccarsi i baffi. Ma bando alle ciance ...passiamo alla preparazione ....che si cucina 😍 Essendo una ricetta di famiglia le dosi sono molto personalizate ... potete variare le dosi come gli aromi a proprio gusto... vi do indicativamente le quantità. Ingredienti per 3 persone Per il ripieno 3 carciofi 400 g di pane raffermo grattugiato 300 g tritato di manzo ( oppure della salsiccia secca sfilacciata) 100 g di formaggio o caciocavallo grattugiato (a piacere ) 4-5 uova una manciata di prezzemolo Pepe e aglio (se piace) Ingredienti per il sugo 3 piccole patate 2-3 carote 1 finocchio tagliato ha spicchi Aglio in foglie (in alternativa 1 spicchio) 500 -700 ml di passata di pomodoro Sale e pepe Mondiamo i carciofi ,tagliamo le foglie esterne più dure e puliamo i gambi, con la punta del coltello togliamo la peluria centrale . Facciamo una leggera pressione con le mani cercando di allargare la parte interna in modo da fare spazio per il ripieno. Laviamo e li lasciamo gocciolare a testa in giù per eliminare l'acqua. Prepariamo il ripieno In una ciotola uniamo tutti gli ingredienti, formiamo un impasto abbastanza compatto ma nello stesso tempo morbido, come quello per le polpette se è neccessario aggiungere un uovo. Riempiamo ora i carciofi partendo dal centro allarghiamo le foglie e tappiamo con il ripieno, pressiamo bene con con la mano in modo che durante la cottura il ripieno rimanga ben attaccato. In una padella con un giro d'olio rosoliamo i carciofi appoggiamoli dalla parte dell'impasto in modo da sigillare il tappo . Nella stessa padella diamo una leggera rosolatura alle verdure e mettiamo da parte infine friggiamo le polpette . In una pentola capiente soffriggiamo le foglie di aglio fresco...versiamo la passata di pomodoro allungata con un pò d'acqua e portiamo a bollore. Aggiungiamo alla passata i carciofi le verdure e infine le polpette ,regoliamo di sale e pepe e aggiungiamo altra acqua in modo da coprire tutte le verdure . Lasciamo cuocere a fuoco dolce per circa 30-40 minuti, fino a quando i gambi e le verdure saranno cotti. Dimenticavo... si mescolano delicatamente durante la cottura per non rovinare le verdure e le polpette, la mia mamma non li mescola mai... gira solo i carciofi e il resto lo lascia così com'è. Happiness is a choice. We so often take life for granted, and don’t take pleasure in the little things. Instead, we drown in worry and fear, which inhibits our ability to be present and grateful. Every day, ask yourself, “What is the benefit of this experience?” Make it a priority to find more joy in the richness of life. This is how to find meaning in life. This act was not about how much energy I had, but about reiterating my commitment to my health. Even with writing, I've met numerous people who aspire to write a book but never pen down a single word. It's the act of writing that makes me a better writer, not just the idea of it. Some of the smartest people I know are ineffective because they know how to fix everything, but they fix nothing. The fundamental idea here is: if you want to change your mind, start by changing your actions. Your brain, often the last one to be convinced, recognizes patterns. If you continually settle for less, your brain will recognize that. Unless you alter your actions, you'll never manage to achieve more. Act on what you know the moment you know it - that's the first step to reprogramming your brain and transforming your life.
